Mollie

Founder & Director

With over eight years of disability support experience, Mollie holds a degree in Psychology and Criminology, postgraduate qualifications in Counselling, and is currently studying Social Work. She founded Little Ladder Supports to provide genuine, person-centred support built on trust and meaningful connections.

Mel

Support Services Coordinator

With over 40 years of customer service experience and a background in quality analysis, Mel keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She supports participants, families and the team through friendly communication, organisation and day-to-day coordination.

Alfie

Administration & Support Worker

Alfie brings experience in both disability support and administration. He has supported young adults through camps, aquatics programs, community outings and everyday activities, with a focus on building confidence and independence.

Ellie

Support Worker

Ellie has over two years of support work experience and is currently studying Nursing. She brings a caring, thoughtful approach and enjoys helping participants build confidence, independence and genuine connections.

Macenzie

Support Worker

Macenzie has experience supporting both adults and children with daily living, community access and social engagement. She takes a person-centred approach, helping participants build confidence, independence and meaningful routines.

Sienna

Support Worker

Sienna brings over four years of experience across childcare, youth supervision and care roles, alongside experience in lifeguarding and swim instruction. She focuses on creating safe, positive environments where participants can build confidence and independence.

Chloe

Support Worker

Chloe has over two years of experience supporting children in school environments, including children with disabilities, and is currently studying Psychology. She brings a calm, caring approach focused on helping people feel included, understood and confident.

Tahlia

Support Worker

Tahlia has three years of support work experience and holds a Certificate III. She provides practical, person-centred support and enjoys getting to know each participant and tailoring support around their individual goals, interests and needs.

Jess

Support Worker

With over six years of disability support experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Jess brings a strong understanding of health and wellbeing to her role. She focuses on building genuine relationships and providing consistent, individualised support.

Mason

Gardening and Yard Maintenance

Mason brings hands-on gardening and maintenance experience with a practical, reliable approach. He enjoys helping participants maintain their homes and outdoor spaces and is always happy to lend a hand.
