About Little Ladder Supports
Support that starts with listening.
Little Ladder Supports is a close-knit disability support provider built around genuine relationships, personalised support and helping participants work towards the life they choose.
Our story
Built from genuine care.
Little Ladder Supports was founded by our Director, Mollie, after more than eight years working as a Support Worker within the disability sector.
Throughout her career, Mollie built genuine, lasting relationships with participants and discovered a passion for helping people live more independent and fulfilling lives.
As demand for her support grew, so did the realisation that one person could only do so much. Rather than turning people away, Mollie saw an opportunity to build something bigger: a team of like-minded people who shared the same passion, values and commitment to making a meaningful difference.
Little Ladder Supports began as a sole trader business built on genuine care, trust and personalised support. As more participants joined the community, the business naturally grew into the dedicated team it is today.

Why Little Ladder?
Progress happens one step at a time.
The name Little Ladder Supports represents our belief that progress doesn’t have to come from giant leaps.
Sometimes it’s the small steps, little wins and everyday achievements that lead to meaningful change. Just like climbing a ladder, each step builds confidence, independence and opportunity.
Our role is to provide the support and encouragement participants need as they work towards their own goals, at their own pace.
Our approach
Support should feel like the right fit.
Great support starts with understanding the individual. We take the time to get to know each participant, their goals, interests, personality and the kind of support that will help them thrive.
Thoughtful Matching
We carefully match participants with support workers based on personality, support needs and, where possible, shared interests.
Genuine Relationships
From sport and gaming to animals, art, music and the outdoors, shared interests can help build natural and meaningful connections.
Personal & Responsive
As a smaller provider, we can offer open communication, flexibility and a more personal approach to support.
Working Together
We work alongside participants, families and other professionals to make sure support continues to suit each person as their needs and goals change.
What guides us.
Connection
Genuine relationships built on trust and understanding.
Respect
Supporting every participant with dignity, compassion and choice.
Independence
Building confidence, skills and opportunities to live life on your terms.
Personalisation
Support shaped around the individual, never a one-size-fits-all approach.
