Complaints & Feedback
At Little Ladder Supports, we want every person we support to feel heard, respected and comfortable speaking up. Feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. You have the right to raise a concern or make a complaint about the supports or services you receive.
How to Give Feedback or Make a Complaint
You can provide feedback or make a complaint by contacting us:
Phone: 0466 171 253
Email: complaints@littleladdersupports.com.au
You can contact us yourself or have someone you trust assist you, such as a family member, friend, advocate, guardian or other representative.
Making a complaint will not affect your right to receive respectful and appropriate support from Little Ladder Supports.
